Heat oil to 375?. Mix Gluvana Complete™ Gluten-Free Frying Flour and soda water until very thin pancake batter consistency. When combined, toss shrimp into batter, then place in hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd. Cook about 2 to 3 minutes, or until shrimp is golden brown. Drain and repeat with any remaining shrimp.
