Usage Level:  Use as desired.

Uses:  For use in formulations of fresh, frozen, refrigerated or Take and Bake pizza dough.

Ingredient Statement:

Organic Amaranth Flour, Quinoa Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Corn Starch, Sugar, Leavening System, Guar Gum, Sea Salt, Natural Preservative.

Allergens: Contains No Allergens; Certified less than 20ppm of gluten and gliadin*.

*Manufactured in a dedicated gluten-free facility certified by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization.  All ingredients verified 20ppm or less before production.

Packaging: 50 lb. multi-wall bulk bags

Storage & Stability: Store for up to 12 months in a cool dry environment at 20˚C/68˚F.
