DescriptionA self-rising whole grain gluten-free base blend designed to replace all-purpose wheat flour in a variety of applications including breads, sauces & thickeners, noodles, pie crusts, desserts, etc.

Usage Rate 1:1 replacement for all-purpose wheat flour.  This product is self-rising and eliminates the need to add chemical leavening.  Yeast may be added in accordance with your recipe when moderate to heavy kneading or other dough manipulation is required.

Uses:  For use in fresh, frozen or refrigerated baking, cooking and fried applications.

Storage & Stability:  Store for up to 12 months in a cool dry environment at 20˚C/68˚F.
