Description: A self-rising whole grain gluten-free base blend designed to replace all-purpose wheat flour in a variety of applications including breads, sauces & thickeners, noodles, pie crusts, desserts, etc.
Usage Rate: 1:1 replacement for all-purpose wheat flour. This product is self-rising and eliminates the need to add chemical leavening. Yeast may be added in accordance with your recipe when moderate to heavy kneading or other dough manipulation is required.
Uses: For use in fresh, frozen or refrigerated baking, cooking and fried applications.
Ingredients: Quinoa Flour, Organic Amaranth Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Corn Starch, Sugar, Double Acting Baking Powder, Guar Gum, Salt, Natural Preservative
Allergens: Contains No Allergens; Certified less than 20ppm of gluten and gliadin*.
