Directions:

Heat oil to 350 degrees. Cut each cheese stick in half. In a small bowl, add Gluvana Complete™ Gluten-Free Frying Flour for the Dry Mix. In a separate large bowl, combine the Wet Mix by stirring in the Gluvana Complete™ Gluten-Free Frying Flour, milk, and salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil, oregano, and parsley. If batter is too thick to coat, use water to thin. Coat cheese sticks with the Dry Mix, then dip into Wet Mix, making sure cheese sticks are covered well. Carefully drop each cheese stick into hot oil, let fry for about 3 minutes, or until golden brown, being careful not to overcrowd. Drain and serve immediately or keep warm in a low oven until serving.
